The exhibition shows three series of photos, all of them concerned with transience. In “Dead man talking I” Christensen uses a fountain relief by Vigeland showing children collecting bones to visualise the relationship between the child and death. “Exercises I” shows children that form, and thereafter destroy, small playdough balls, thus contrasting creative and destructive forces. In “Exercises II” a child is writing in the sand, and the ephemeral character is manifested when the sea dissolves the writing . The dissolvable and transient is contrasted by solid diabas-sculptures.
